I’ve always enjoyed Fernet-Branca in whiskey cocktails, and I’ve always enjoyed ginger in whiskey cocktails. So, for this one, I decided to combine all three.
For my version of the Pisco sour, I decided to bring in just a bit of heat by adding Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur and Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur.
